Pea soup with rice

Freshly shelled or frozen peas
Vegetable stock (fresh or from instant stuff)
Boiled rice (e.g. leftover from the day before)

Boil peas, add to vegetable stock, blend. (If short on water, you can boil the peas in vegetable stock, but peas may get a bit hard in salted water.)

Add rice.

Serve.
