Another easy one. It evolved from a sudden appetite for pasta and salad, but not pasta sald. The result was salad pasta.
I boiled and drained some egg pasta (came in three colours) and added:
finely chopped carrots and courgettes, fried with thyme
a dash of balsamic vinegar and olive oil
and, I think, some sprinkle stuff invovling sesame and, possibly, seaweed (I did not make this at home)
